Kaiser Purchases TraveLodge Property

Los Angeles-based Kaiser foundation Hospitals has acquired the former TraveLodge corporate headquarters at 250 Travelodge Drive, El Cajon, for $3.9 million, according to John Burham and Co., which represented both parties in the transaction. The 42,000-square-foot building is opposite Kaiser’s El Cajon hospital and medical office facility.
