A bank regulator will present findings to B of A.
Acting Comptroller of the Currency H. Joe Selby will attend Monday’s meeting of the Bank of America board of directors to present findings of a recently completed examination of the bank, according to bank and regulatory sources. The meeting is the board’s first since the bank reported a $338-million second-quarter loss. The board faces the crucial decision of whether to maintain or reduce the company’s 38-cent quarterly dividend.
