Field of Seven Entered in Feature at Del Mar

A field of seven headed by Champion Pilot was entered Friday to run in today’s $75,000-added San Diego Handicap at Del Mar.
Champion Pilot will be ridden by Chris McCarron and was assigned high weight of 120 pounds for the 1 1-16 mile race.
Others entered in the event for 3-year-olds and up were M. Double M., who will be ridden by Laffit Pincay and was assigned 119 pounds; Super Diamond, Rafael Meza, 115 pounds; French Legionaire, Gary Stevens, 115 pounds; Glacial Stream, Eddie Delahoussaye, 113 pounds; Ayman, Alex Solis, 113 pounds, and Towarischtsch, Darrel McHargue, 111 pounds.
