Cocaine Burned in Mexico

MEXICO CITY — Naval authorities burned nearly 400 pounds of cocaine contained in seven canvas bags, and an investigation was continuing into an international ring believed to be buying and selling the drug, authorities in southeastern Mexico said.
The cocaine, seized early last week, was burned at naval installations on the Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres.
