UNITED NATIONS — A graphic arts professor from Panama won a $5,000 prize Monday in a poster contest to mark the United Nations’ 40th birthday this year. Ricardo Jaime de Freitas’ poster depicts a dove of peace protecting the globe from a rain of bombs.
