Disabled Group to Erase Graffiti: About 35 mentally and developmentally disabled teens and adults from the Fullerton area will spend today painting over graffiti at various locations around the city.
The volunteers, who range in age from 16 to 50, were organized by the Community Services Department’s recreation program for the handicapped. They will meet at the Lemon Park Maple Community Center at 10 a.m. and travel to various sites around the city, accompanied by Community Services Department counselors.
