ARTS CENTER GETS 3 GIFTS OF $100,000

Three additional donations of $100,000 have been made to the Orange County Performing Arts Center, under construction in Costa Mesa.
First-time gifts of $100,000 were announced by American Medical International Inc., the hospital management firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, and Edwards Cinema, the Orange County-based theater chain.
The Mission Viejo Co. made its second $100,000 contribution. The company, a Philip Morris Inc. affiliate, gave the first $100,000 in 1981.
