Arson Suspect Seized in N.Y. Blaze, Man’s Death

NEW YORK — A fire destroyed four apartment buildings early Sunday, killing one man, injuring six persons and leaving 23 homeless, authorities said. Luigi Bajraktari, 25, was arrested and charged with arson, homicide and several counts of assault.
