Grand Avenue Building Sold to Partnership
A 78,000-square-foot building at 816 S. Grand Ave. has been sold by Iwasaki-Thomas Partnership to a limited partnership for more than $3.1 million, according to Helmsley-Spear of California Inc., which represented both parties in the transaction.
The new owners plans to turn the building into a mini-storage facility, and they are also considering building a new office structure on the site.
