56-Home Tract Opens Today in Thousand Oaks
New Fox Meadows, a community of 56 single-family homes, opens today in Thousand Oaks with 20 homes in the first phase.
Priced from $169,990 to $190,900, the homes are available in four one- and two-story designs with three or four bedrooms, dens, up to three baths and from 1,750 to 2,250 square feet of living space.
Regal Homes is developing the project, scheduled for first move-ins in August.
Among the interior amenities are ceramic tile entries, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, air conditioning and attached three-car garages.
Four furnished models and a sales office are open Saturday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2766 Denise St.
