Bonaventure to Have Offices on Its Fifth Floor
The fifth level of the 35-story Westin Bonaventure Hotel is expected to be converted from retail to office space.
Kirby Greenlee and Tom Hart, downtown office marketing specialists with Grubb & Ellis, said that the change is being made “to take advantage of the tenant interest in well-located downtown buildings.” Grubb & Ellis is handling leasing.
The 9-year-old hotel, which features a glass atrium extending from the lobby to the fifth floor, will offer office space for small and large users in an environment that will be a contrast to the usual office building.
