KUWAIT — The Emir of Kuwait, Sheik Jabbar al Ahmed al Sabah, who narrowly escaped a suicide car bomb attack 11 days ago, left for Saudi Arabia on Wednesday to visit holy places in Mecca and Medina, officials said.
