New Office Building Sold in Marina del Rey

The recently completed Nelconnell office building at 5300 McConnell Ave. in Marina del Rey has been sold to Quotron Systems Inc. for expansion of its area offices.
The $8-million sale was made by the developer, Nelconnell Associates, a joint venture of Zelman Development Co. of Los Angeles and the New England Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Boston. William D. Feldman Associates of Culver City was the exclusive marketing agent.
