Alamo Court, 24 Cape Cod-style duplexes by Alamo Homes Inc., opens today in Simi Valley.

The two-story, two- and three-bedroom units, designed by Vito Cetta Associates, Santa Monica, have 1,351 to 1,450 square feet and are priced from $116,000 to $126,000. Each unit has its own fenced side and rear yards, private side entry and a two-car garage in front, with direct home entry.

July move-ins are planned, and an $81 monthly homeowner fee maintains a swimming pool, spa, sun deck, front yards and greenbelt areas.

The two-bedroom floor plan features a dual master suite design, with each upstairs bedroom having its own private bath. In the three-bedroom model, the master suite, two secondary bedrooms and a second full bath are upstairs.

Furnished models are open daily, except Tuesday and Wednesday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 2762 Lemon Drive, reached from the northbound Tapo Canyon Road exit of the Simi Valley-San Fernando Valley (118) Freeway.
