2 Apartment Houses Sold in Oceanside

CDS Development of San Diego has purchased two Oceanside apartment houses with a total of 202 units for $10.35 million, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
Desert Financial of San Luis Rey sold the properties under an agreement that both properties had to be sold together. The transactions involved 9.67 acres of land and 189,900 square feet of space.
