Amplifier Firm Buys Building in Camarillo
A 56,845-square-foot office/industrial building in Camarillo has been sold for $2 million by the Adamson Cos. of Los Angeles, to California Amplifier Corp.
The single-level structure located at 460 Calle San Pablo will serve both as a corporate office and manufacturing facility for California Amplifier Corp., which specializes in low-noise and ultra-noise microwave amplifiers. The firm is moving from Newbury Park.
Industrial Park Associates of Camarillo represented the Adamson companies in the sales transaction, and Cushman & Wakefield of Woodland Hills represented California Amplifier.
