Baird to Lead Newly Formed Syndicators

Robert Baird, Glendale, will be installed Thursday as president of the newly formed National Assn. of Private Placement Syndicators, also known as the “5% Club,” at a banquet at the Velvet Turtle restaurant in West Los Angeles.

Other new officers are Randy Meadors, Manhattan Beach, first vice president; John White, Studio City, second vice president; Maurice Malone, La Puente, secretary, and Donn Rediger, Burbank, treasurer.

Also to be installed are three new members of the board, Dana Phillips, Montrose; Edward Bolan, Sylmar, and Tom Andros, Upland.

The association, composed of men and women involved in the real estate syndication business on a private placement basis, is currently forming a new chapter in Oklahoma City.
