Pizza Chain to Relocate Plant

Domino’s Pizza Distribution Corp., Ann Arbor, Mich.-based subsidiary of the food chain owned by Thomas S. Monaghan, who also owns the Detroit Tigers baseball club, plans to serve 100 local retail outlets from its $1.6-million distribution facility now under construction on a 2.7-acre site at the California Commerce Center, Ontario.
The 45,000-square-foot plant will house 100 employees, many of whom will be relocated from the firm’s present Pomona offices. Domino’s Pizza has 1,700 outlets nationwide and in Canada and Australia.
