The odds are slim that the Cincinnati-based firm, which went from rapid growth into bankruptcy reorganization in September, 1983, can survive as a corporate entity, Victor Palmieri said. Palmieri, chairman of the Cincinnati-based firm, made his comments after a U.S. Bankruptcy Court status hearing.
