A 49-year-old Arcadia man who vanished while on a day’s run from Oak Grove Park was found dead at the bottom of a cliff on the north side of Mt. Wilson. Though the cause of Herman Kuhn’s death was not immediately known, temperatures in the rugged San Gabriel Mountains had dropped into the low 30s overnight.
