Angelo Leparulo has returned to Occidental Petroleum Corp., Los Angeles, as an executive vice president, the company said. Leparulo, 56, left the company in 1982 to pursue other business interests but remained as a consultant. Occidental also said that Dale R. Laurance, 39, has been named executive vice president in charge of operations, replacing Martin Berger, who retired.
