Man Shoots Self Near Viet Veterans Memorial

WASHINGTON — An unidentified man shot himself early today at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, authorities said. The man, described as in his early 30s, was taken to George Washington University Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.
