All Hills Bros. stock was sold to Nestle Holdings.
Hills Bros. will operate as an affiliate of Nestle Enterprises Inc., said James M. Biggar, president and chief executive of Nestle Holdings. Current management of Hills Bros. will continue to operate the firm and handle its sales and marketing activities, he added. The purchase price was not disclosed.
