A woman acupuncturist whose pinky finger was bitten off during a brawl with another woman who was seeing her estranged husband has been awarded $27,500 damages by a jury. The fight broke out after Salinas acupuncturist Wah-ja Kim, 50, smashed a bathroom window and climbed inside the condominium of William Hall, 55, “to save my husband from this woman,” while he dined with Jeannie Westall, 45. Kim initially sought $1 million in damages on grounds she could no longer effectively stick needles in her patients’ bodies with the pinkie missing.
