N. S. (Buddy) Hayden has been named president and chief executive of AD/SAT Inc., a new company that plans to transmit national advertising by satellite to newspapers around the country. A pilot program will begin in 1986 with 12 newspapers, including the Los Angeles Times and Sa1847608946 Hayden is a former president of the Herald Examiner in Los Angeles.
