Command of the U.S. Naval Station at Long Beach was formally assumed by Capt. Kevin M. Healy during a ceremony held before station personnel. Healy, 46, replaces Capt. Don H. Barnhart, 47, who will become executive assistant to the naval commander of personnel in Arlington, Va.
