Czech Spokesmen for Human Rights Named

VIENNA — Czechoslovakia’s Charter 77 human rights group announced on its eighth anniversary Monday that it has appointed three new spokesmen for the next year.
It said they are former journalist Jiri Dienstbier, 47; writer Eva Kanturkova, 54, and office worker Petruska Susterova, 37.
