Four new members were appointed to the board of Angeles Corp., Los Angeles. They include an outside director, Harry L. Usher, executive vice president and general manager of the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee, and three senior company executives: Lawrence J. Winston, a vice chairman; Howard R. Lerman, president and chief operating officer, and Richard E. Landau, a managing director.
