Baseball: Simi Valley reaches St. Paul tourney final

Chris Talley hit a two-run home run and Brent Keys had a double and triple to help Simi Valley defeat La Mirada, 7-4, Tuesday in a semifinal game of the St. Paul tournament. Simi Valley (13-4) will play Bellflower St. John Bosco in Wednesday’s 3:30 p.m. final.

Talley and freshman Cody Ramer took away home runs with defensive plays in the outfield.
