Softball: Valencia gets No. 1 ranking in Division I

Valencia has been awarded the No. 1 ranking in the preseason Southern Section Division I softball coaches’ poll ahead of Simi Valley.
Other No. 1 teams are La Serna in Division II, Glendora in Division III, Ocean View in Division IV, Riverside Christian in Division V, Alverno in Division VI and Victor Valley Christian in Division VII.
