White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs today was asked to what degree is the disarray over healthcare reform on Capitol Hill a measure of President Obama’s failure to communicate the need for change?
‘This isn’t a ‘Cool Hand Luke’ problem,’’ Gibbs said.
