‘Blame It on Rio’ actress Michelle Johnson has sold her Sunset Strip-area home for $4.1 million.
The three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom contemporary was built in 1970 and remodeled. There is a gated courtyard with water elements, an open floor plan, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and city and ocean views.
The nearly 3,000-square-foot house, in the celebrity-studded Bird Street neighborhood, was most recently listed at $4,795,000, but had entered the market at $5.85 million in early February.
That’s a 30% reduction. Blame it on the market.
