Royal wedding: Prince William cops to pre-wedding nerves

Even Prince William‘s stately stance is susceptible to some pre-wedding jitters, the future king himself confessed in a recent interview.

During a pre-arranged chat to discuss his military search and rescue work, also in support of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth‘s visit to his base at RAF Valley, William dished on his approaching wedding to Kate Middleton.

‘I was telling everyone at rehearsals the other day that my knees started going, tapping quite nervously,’ he told the BBC (watch the full segment here).

‘It’s quite a daunting prospect, but very exciting.’

The prospect in question would be the April 29 ceremony and receptions (a luncheon from the queen and dinner thrown by his dad, Prince Charles). William’s brother, Prince Harry, will be best man should he need some sweat mopped from that royal brow.
