Annie Mitchell scored three goals for the Eagles in Wednesday’s nonleague game.

Kalena Shepard, Hayley Hopp, and Katelyn Chesemore all put in two goals. Hanna Smith led the defense with 11 saves.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

El Toro 85, Costa Mesa 40

ANAHEIM — Nico Dasca scored 20 points in the Mustangs’ second game during the Godinez Grizzlies Invitational at Loara High on Wednesday.

Julio Chavez had six points and nine rebounds for Costa Mesa (0-2).

The Mustangs play Laguna Hills in the tournament at Loara High on Thursday at 4:45 p.m.

Segerstrom 64, Sage Hill 52

Heather Park finished with 18 points for the Lightning in the opening game at the Corona del Mar tournament on Tuesday.

Nadia Akbari had 16 points for Sage Hill (0-1), and Trinity Cha added nine points.
