Orange County veteran Greg Topper will perform his Christmas Rock ‘n’ Roll Spectacular at 5 p.m. at the Pierce Street Annex, 330 E. 17th St., Costa Mesa. ‘The Nutcracker’

Maple Youth Ballet will present its rendition of “The Nutcracker” at Northwood Performing Arts Theatre, 4515 Portola Pkwy., Irvine. Performance times are at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 p.m. Monday. Children are welcome to get up on stage and be apart of the Nutcracker workshop after Sunday’s performance.
