UC Irvine pitcher Andrew Morales, who was 10-0 as a junior transfer for the Anteaters in 2013, received honorable mention for the All-American team selected by CollegeBaseballInsider.com
Morales, a right-hander out of Rio Hondo Community College, had a 1.89 earned-run average.
Previously, he was named second-team All-American by Collegiate Baseball and third-team All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Assn.
A three-time Big West Conference pitcher of the Week, he struck out 85 and allowed 78 hits in 95 1/3 innings in 2013.
