Estancia girls’ volleyball opens season with a sweep against Samueli Academy

The Estancia High girls’ volleyball team opened the 2017 season with a sweep against Samueli Academy, 25-7, 25-19, 25-17 in a nonleague match Tuesday at Estancia High.

Senior outside hitter Sarah Graham led the Eagles with seven kills, followed by senior middle blocker Alex Jimenez with five.

Lulu Chupeau had four kills, and Madison Murray and Katelyn Chesemore each added three.
