UCI’s He finishes 46th at NCAA Regional

RANCHO SANTA FE — UC Irvine sophomore Jerry He shot an even-par 72 in Saturday’s final round of the NCAA San Diego Regional at The Farms Golf Club.
Competing individually, He had four birdies Saturday and finished 46th with a 54-hole total of 224.
Patrick Cantlay of UCLA was the individual champion with a three-round score of 13-under 203 after a 67 Saturday.
UCLA won the team title with a three-day total of 854. USC was second at 857, San Diego third at 864, Ohio State fourth at 865 and Texas fifth at 873.
