OCC men upset Santa Ana

SANTA ANA — Sophomore Marquis Ransom finished with 25 points and made 11 of 12 free throws in the Pirates’ Orange Empire Conference game on Friday.

Robert Grepo had 12 points for OCC (11-14, 2-8 in conference), which ended Santa Ana’s three-game winning streak.

The Pirates converted 24 of 27 free throws.

Santa Ana is 15-9, 5-5.
