IRVINE — The No. 12-ranked Lions committed 23 turnovers, 15 more than the host Eagles in the Golden State Athletic Conference game Tuesday.
Veronica Beavor had 17 points to pace the Lions (11-6, 7-4 in conference), who remain in fourth place in the GSAC.
Vanguard shot just four free throws, making two, while Concordia was 15 of 24 from the foul line.
Senior Sarah Boyd had nine poionts and nine assists for the Lions.
Concordia is 10-6, 5-5.

IRVINE — Christopher Raybon scored 19 points to lead the Lions against the No. 2-ranked Eagles in the Golden State Athletic Conference game Tuesday.
Taylor Kelly added 17 points and Alex Chapman had 13 points and 10 rebounds for Vanguard (5-14, 3-8 in conference).
Concordia is 19-2, 11-0.
The Lions outscored Concordia, 40-39, in the second half.
