IRVINE — Nicole Ballestero had 27 points, six rebounds, five assists and three steals for the Lions in the Golden State Athletic Conference game Tuesday.

Alison Drennan had 14 points, 10 rebounds and four assists, Samantha Doucette scored 10 points and Esther Timmermans had nine points and 13 rebounds for Vanguard (13-1, 4-1 in conference), ranked No. 3 in the NAIA.

Concordia is 4-13, 2-3.
