Library to power down Thursday

The Corona del Mar Branch Library, 420 Marigold Ave., will be closed Thursday because of a scheduled power outage.
Southern California Edison will repair and upgrade equipment in the area during the shutoff, according to a news release.
The Central Library and the Mariners and Balboa branches of the Newport Beach Public Library will not be affected by the outage.
