Cliff Drive: People were reportedly throwing beer bottles out of a car window in the 500 block at 6:52 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported seeing a man and woman inside a parked, dark, four-door sedan.
Jasmine Street: A suspicious person was reported in the 300 block at 7:40 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported the subject was banging on his door.
Hawthorne Road: Burglary was reported in the 400 block at 10:44 a.m. Sunday.
Locust Street: Loud music was reported in the 400 block at 3:26 p.m. Sunday. The caller reported his neighbor was playing the music for two hours.

Laguna Canyon Road: A dog bite was reported in the 20200 block at 4:12 p.m. Friday. A retriever mix reportedly bit a small terrier.
Canyon Acres Drive: Vandalism on a car and driveway was reported in the 200 block at 9:41 a.m. Saturday. The caller reported a vehicle was tagged with mustard and the perpetrators littered a driveway with toilet paper and condoms.
Canyon Acres Drive: Petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 12:22 p.m. Saturday. A man reported a woman stole $80 as she was being arrested.
El Toro Road and Laguna Canyon Road: A dog was reported missing at 12:35 p.m. Sunday. The dog is described as a 20-pound white Shiba Inu with no collar.

AREA 3
Forest Avenue: Loud music was reported in the 200 block at 4:56 p.m. Friday. The caller reported several people playing amplified music on the sidewalk. Two young adults packed up and left once approached.
South Coast Highway: Public intoxication was reported in the 500 block at 7:43 p.m. Friday. A white male in his 60s or 70s was reportedly shouting profanities near the Wyland Galleries.
Park Avenue: Skateboarding was reported in the 1500 block at 2:39 p.m. Saturday. Four kids were reported skateboarding on the property.
Caribbean Way: Burglary was reported in the 1500 block at 1:37 p.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: A disturbance was reported in the 700 block at 5:41 p.m. Sunday. Three juveniles dressed in pajamas were reported inside a Ralphs grocery store breaking milk cartons and filming the act. They are described as two males, 13- to 14-years-old. Parents were contacted to pick up the kids.
Forest Avenue and Park Avenue: Assault was reported at 7:49 p.m. Monday. A male reportedly swung three times at the caller. The caller described the subject as a white male, 5 foot 10, 180 pounds, with brown hair, wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Cress Street: Fraud was reported in the 300 block at 11:10 a.m. Friday. The caller reported someone used his name and Social Security number to open several credit card accounts.
South Coast Highway: A caller said his daughter saw a half-naked man sitting in a parked car in the 1600 block at 5:48 p.m. Friday.
Catalina and Bluebird Canyon Drive: A suspicious person was reported at 12:27 p.m. Saturday. A male Latino was reportedly looking into cars. He was described as 18- to 20-years-old, wearing a brown jacket with a black hood.
Encina Way: Burglary was reported in the 2500 block at 1:25 p.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: Petty theft was reported in the 1600 block at 6:14 p.m. Monday. A caller reported prescription medication, cell phones, driver’s license and cash were stolen from a room at the Seaside Laguna Inn.
