Anti-bullying demonstration is Oct. 19

An anti-bullying rally will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. Oct. 19 in Laguna Beach.
The first People’s March Against Bullying will start at Main Beach with participants marching to City Hall, where speakers will talk about the issue.
Speakers are set to include Jonah Mowry, the 15-year-old who revealed his personal case of bullying on YouTube, and Victoria Mendez, a 15-year-old girl who is president of Cool 2 Be Kind, a student-run, anti-bullying club, according to a news release. She will give her perspective about how bullying dramatically ruins lives.
Attendees are ask to wear blue to show their commitment and support of the cause.
