Myrtle Street: A Manhattan Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 27.
North Coast Highway: A person reported grand theft in the 300 block at 1:32 p.m. Jan. 27. The loss was estimated at $55,000.

Area 2
Laguna Canyon Road: A person reported a drunk driver in the 20600 block at 7:41 p.m. Saturday. They also said they believed the driver had a folding blade in his right pocket. They said earlier in the night the male driver had thrown someone into a bike and threatened them.
Laguna Canyon Road: A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 700 block at 2:02 a.m. Sunday.

Area 3
South Coast Highway: A person reported vandalism in the 100 block at 10:54 a.m. Jan. 26. One of Fingerhut Gallery’s walls was tagged with graffiti. The gallery wanted to notify the building’s owner before reporting.
Park Avenue: A vehicle versus pedestrian accident was reported near South Coast Highway at 12:35 p.m. Jan. 26. The person reported a child was hit but was up and walking around. Traffic was delayed for 30 minutes.
Forest Avenue: A person reported grand theft in the 300 block at 4:39 p.m. Jan. 27. Two necklaces were stolen. The total loss was estimated at $430.
Glenneyre Street: A Laguna Hills woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 800 block at 11:06 p.m. Jan. 27.
Broadway: A Santa Ana woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and child endangerment in the 300 block at 12:35 a.m. Sunday. Her bail was $100,000. A female juvenile was taken back to the station.
Ocean Avenue: A cab driver reported that a male refused to pay a $300 cab fare in the 200 block at 2:02 p.m. Sunday. He had left the cab in his underwear and left his clothing, wallet, phone and various belongings in the taxi. The driver was waiting for the man outside a bank.
Ramona Avenue: A person reported that “a lot” of bottles and vomit were in the 600 block at 6:28 p.m. Monday.
Legion Street: A Long Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:59 p.m. Tuesday.

Ocean Way: A person reported a dead eel, about 3 feet long, at the bottom of the stairs leading to Lover’s Cove at 9:48 a.m. Jan. 26.
Oro Street: A person reported that suspected prostitutes were in the area near Noria Street in the 1000 block at 9:33 p.m. Sunday.
Alta Laguna Boulevard: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 3300 block at 2:58 p.m. Tuesday.

Ocean View Street: A hit-and-run was reported in the 31400 block at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 27.
South Coast Highway: An Anaheim man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 30800 block at 1:40 a.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: A Hemet man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Montage at 2:04 a.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: A person reported that four men did not pay for a taxi and vomited inside it in the 31700 block at 2:17 a.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: A person reported that $10,000 worth of gold was stolen from their vehicle in the 31600 block at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday. They reported it happened the week prior.
South Coast Highway: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Montage at 1:49 a.m. Thursday. It was the man’s second DUI arrest in 10 years. He also had a Torrance warrant for his arrest.
