Victoria Street: A suspicious person was reported in the 1200 block at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Harbor Boulevard: Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 2000 block at 8:36 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 1500 block at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday.

East 20th Street: A grand theft was reported in the 400 block at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Orange Avenue: Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 2500 block at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday.
