Sign up for summer swimming lessons

Golden West College wants participants for its Summer Swim Program.

The college is offering recreation swimming, water polo classes and swim lessons for all levels from Parent and Me to adult. Lessons are offered in four sessions from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and cost $50 a session per child.

Open recreation and lap swimming is offered from noon to 1 p.m. June 21 to Aug. 12. Membership is $2 a person, or individual passes for $40 and family swim passes for $80.

Registration is from 8 to 11 a.m. June 12 and 19 at the Golden West College pool deck at 15744 Goldenwest St. or www.gwcswim.com.
