IRVINE — Junior point guard Jade Smith-Williams had 31 points and four assists to pace the host Anteaters in the Big West Conference game Thursday.

Mikah Maly-Karros had 16 points and 13 rebounds for UCI (8-18, 5-8 in conference).

Smith-Williams made eight of 20 field-goal attempts, including four of 10 from three-point range.

UCR is 12-4, 9-4.

Orange Coast 6, Riverside 2

COSTA MESA — Brad Fisher, Yannick Lepage, Matt Miller and Jesse Chen all won in singles and doubles to pace the host Pirates in the Orange Empire Conference match Thursday.

Lepage won, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 2 singles and paired with Fisher to claim an 8-6 triumph at No. 1 doubles for OCC (5-0, 2-0 in conference).

COSTA MESA — Kim Ho, Melissa Boyer and Anna Walinowicz all won in singles and doubles for the host Pirates in the Orange Empire Conference match Thursday.

Ho posted a 6-4, 7-5 win at No. 1 singles and teamed with Boyer for an 8-4 triumph at No. 1 doubles for OCC (4-1, 1-1 in conference).
