Council to review city issues
The City Council is having a special meeting Friday at the Huntington Beach Central Library to address the budget shortfalls and what’s in store for Huntington Beach this year at its Strategic Planning Retreat.
The council will look over factors that will impact the city over the next year, discussing political, economic and environmental trends.
Options for dealing with the budget shortfall will also be addressed and the council will review the city’s three-year goals, creating a plan of action for each item.
The public comment portion of the meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. in rooms C and D of the Central Library at 7111 Talbert.
