MISSION VIEJO — Reed Williams’ magical season now has some adversity.

The Corona del Mar High senior left with a hamstring injury during the Sea Kings’ 3-1 pool-play win over Dana Hills in the South Coast Classic boys’ soccer tournament Tuesday at Mission Viejo High.

Before leaving, Williams scored in the fifth minute to give him 19 goals for the season.

CdM Coach George Larsen said Williams is likely out for the tournament.

But his replacement, senior Tony Andry seemed to picked up the slack, scoring twice to help the Sea Kings improve to 9-0.

Senior Paul Zubatov assisted both Andry goals and Chris Burke earned the assist on Williams’ tally.
